I was pleasantly surprised by how charming the place was, and it made my weekend wanderings easy, with lovely parks like Hartshill Park just a short stroll away. The fascinating Brampton Museum only 500 meters from my room. it really felt like home with the comfy bed and friendly staff who are always eager to help.

Amazing staff and cozy vibes
Had a great time here! The staff were super friendly, especially Kevin who helped me with my early check-in and stored my bags when I had to dash out for work. The room was comfy with a big bathroom, too. It's just a short walk to Newcastle town center and a cool pub nearby. Just be aware that parking can be tricky.

Recommend it for cozy comfort seekers
The room was really clean and had a lovely smell which is hard to find plus the breakfast was beyond expectation with a veggie option that was actually tasty unlike most places
It wasn’t exactly cheap but I suppose you get what you pay for

Spotless rooms with clever storage solutions made for a cozy stay. Loved the attic room's unique charm and proximity to the bus station, making it easy to get around.
Had a little trouble getting the shower to warm up in the morning, which could have been user error in figuring out the controls. The triple room felt a bit tight without a chair for getting ready, which led to some balancing acts with a mirror on my bag. If you're sharing a twin room, the beds are pushed a little closer than usual, which might not sit right for everyone, but that’s manageable enough.

The room was cozy with a fridge and microwave. Those little touches like cotton pads made it feel special. I felt right at home! My favorite was just lounging at the peaceful atmosphere after a long day. David and Andrew went above and beyond, especially checking in on me when my partner was unwell.

Perfect place for solo travelers
The breakfast was wonderful, tons of variety and made with care. I even got a fridge in my room with cold water waiting for me, small details like that made it nice!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but still very reasonable for what you get.
